As the Moderator of the GFTC, Shane boasts 15+ years experience as an entrepreneur. Shane started Chicago Food Planet in 2006, which has reached over 100,000 customers to date. In 2009, Shane launched Food Tour Pros to coach and help individuals reach their full potential owning and operating Food Tour Business across the globe.
Randi is a Chicago native with several years of experience in Marketing as both an entrepreneur and as the Marketing Coordinator for a large Illinois association. Randi is responsible for managing the conference social media platforms, website, printed collateral, press relations and also helps with event logistics and strategies.
Gina is originally from Minneapolis, MN and moved to Chicago in 2015 in order to pursue greater opportunities in the food and beverage scene. Gina has a wide-variety of professional experience including Event Coordinating, Production, as well as Restaurant Management.
Each year, our keynote speakers, panelists and master class presenters address the critical areas within the rapidly expanding and evolving Food Tourism industry.
We are excited about the engaging presenters and educational topics for 2017. There will be several programming sessions occurring simultaneously, it is recommended to bring several company representatives in order to "divide and conquer" all educational components of the conference.
